Registration

Payment Policy: Payment is due at the time of registration to secure your seat.  Registration and Payment must be received by 5:00 pm EST the day prior to the training date registered or $25.00 late fee for any ACLS or PALS courses and any BLS or Heartsaver courses + $10 late fee will be applied. Instructor approval is required for all late registrations after 5:00pm EST the day prior to training date or Pay at the Door.

Refund Policy: Written cancellations postmarked up to 7 days prior to start of course will result in an administrative fee of $50.00. No refunds after 7 days prior to class. Absolutely, no refunds be issued at any time once services have been performed in whole or in part. There is no refund for no-shows. If you do not show up for class you will not be refunded.

Class Changes/Reschedule: A fee will be assessed if you change your original registration date. This fee will be 50% of your original payment. Class change must be within 45 days of original scheduled course date. If student does not successfully complete the rescheduled course, it will be treated as a new registration and student required to pay for a new class.

Tardy Policy: Please make plans to arrive on time.  Students arriving more than 15 minutes after class start time will need to reschedule and subject to ‘Class Change/Reschedule Fee’.

No Shows: There is no refund for no-shows.

Required Course Materials:  Students who come to class without the required materials ( as outlined in the course reservation e-mail) will not be allowed to sit for class. The student will need to reschedule and subject to ‘Class Change/Reschedule Fee’.

Student Retake Policy:  We offer a student remediation session on the same day of training. If after the remediation session, a student fails a class (skills check or written test) the student must register and pay for another class.  If an organization/client schedules remediation session where instructor needs to travel to your organization on different day of the original course date, the organization/client will be charged $40, followed by a rate of $60/hour, which will be billed in 15 minute increments.  Certification cards cannot be issued to a client until their balance is paid in full and the student passes a class (skills check or written test). 

Registering for the Wrong Course:  If  you register for a course and it ends up being the wrong class for  which you need, Health Coaching Now, LLC is not responsible for the error. No  refund, reschedule or credit will be given to students who show up  to a class and find out they registered for the wrong class, or if the  student attends any portion of a class there will be no refund,  reschedule, credit or partial refund allowed. Cancellation and reschedule policies will apply.

OUTSTANDING BALANCE POLICY:  If an organization or a client carries an outstanding balance, their remaining balance will be due when class is held. Certification cards will not be released to the customer until their invoice is paid in full.

ORGANIZATION CLASS START TIME POLICY:  If an organization/client schedules a class, and holds, or delays the instructor more then 15 minutes from beginning the course at the agreed to time, the organization/client will be charged $40 , followed by a rate of $60/hour, which will be billed in 15 minute increments. Certification cards cannot be issued to a client until their balance is paid in full.
